How to enter
About the race
Three-day stage tour for the Sri Lanka Police 160th anniversary. Stage 1 Colombo → Dabulla (141.1 km), Stage 2 Dabulla → Puttalam via Anuradhapura (137.3 km), Stage 3 Puttalam → Bambalapitiya Police HQ, Colombo (132 km). Yellow / Green / White leader jerseys, GC time bonuses, and a sprint points classification.
Regulations
Elite + Under-23 riders registered with the cycling federation (born 2007 or earlier).
Riders over 45 may compete only if they held a 2024 Elite licence.
Teams: 6 to 10 riders. Under-strength teams are merged into a combined team.
All riders compete in their club uniform.
Yellow — General Classification leader (lowest cumulative time).
Green — Sprint points leader (intermediate sprints + stage finishes).
White — Best young rider (best U23 on cumulative time).
Stage-finish time bonus: 10 / 6 / 4 s. Intermediate sprint: 3 / 2 / 1 s.
Sprint points — stage finish: 10 / 6 / 4 / 2. Intermediate sprint: 5 / 3 / 2 / 1.
Sign the start register by 30 minutes before each stage.
Crossing a closed railway gate or red signal is prohibited — grounds for removal.
Cut-off: riders more than 15% behind the stage winner's time may be eliminated (jury discretion).
Feeding only inside marked feed zones. One team car per team (convoy order); support-moto numbers issued by the jury.
